WHAT DAMAGE DOES MY WARRANTY COVER?

Your guarantee will cover software defects only, such as malfunctions of its components: camera, battery, touch screen, screen, etc. Burned screen or “ghost screen” will not be considered a problem and claims of this type will not be accepted.

Damage will not be repaired and the warranty will be void if the evaluation finds that the user misused the device.

I HAVE A PHONE THAT I WANT TO SELL AND GET ONE WITH YOU, DO YOU ACCEPT TO BUY IT?

We limit ourselves to the selling of mobile devices. We do not make purchases, exchanges or trade-ins to individuals.

I HAVE A DAMAGED PHONE THAT I BOUGHT FROM YOU AND IT IS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. CAN YOU REPAIR IT?

We will repair the phone for software problems only. Damages caused by voltage surges, breakages due to accidental or deliberate blows, humidity, oxidation, spillage of any type of liquid, software installations not authorized by the manufacturer of the device or the phone has been intervened by technical personnel outside our service will not be accepted.

I HAVE A DAMAGED PHONE THAT I BOUGHT FROM YOU AND MY WARRANTY HAS ALREADY EXPIRED. CAN YOU REPAIR IT?

Once the warranty time has expired, AIT reserves the right to accept or not the phone for repair. In the event that it is accepted to repair it, the user will assume the labor and repair costs.

I HAVE A DAMAGED PHONE BUT I DIDN’T BUY IT FROM YOU, CAN YOU FIX IT?

DO YOU SELL PARTS TO REPAIR MY PHONE WITH ANOTHER TECHNICAL SERVICE?
