All In technology LLC, grants warranty service to all the models we sell, which applies against operational damage due to normal use, with the following benefits:
Warranty Conditions.
A. The guarantee begins from the date of sale of the article according to the expiration date established in the invoice according to the model and brand (keep your original invoice).
A.1. Used phones, semi-new or like new, the guarantee is established in the invoice according to the model or brand.
A.2 New phones from brands such as: iPhone, Xiaomi Redmi, OnePlus, RealMe imported and distributed by AIT will have a maximum guarantee of 90 days (see invoice).
B. The spare parts used for repairs will be the original ones.
C. Our warranty covers the costs of materials used, labor and any other additional costs incurred in repairing the item.
D. All our articles may be repaired or, failing that, be replaced by one of similar value and characteristics (when the purchased model is not available).
E. When the item is returned or replaced, it will have a guarantee of 15 additional days from the date of being returned, and the invoice must be filled out and signed again, leaving the previous one without validity.
F. AIT will have 7 business days to solve the problem that the article presents, if in said period the article has not been able to be repaired, it will be replaced by another equal or another of similar value in case of not having the same model (Apply restrictions). We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, holidays, curfews.
General Warranty Exclusions.
1. Voltage surges, breakage due to accidental or deliberate blows, humidity, oxidation and spillage of any type of liquid are not covered.
2. It does not cover if the serial number has been altered, if the device has been intervened by technical personnel outside our company.
3. The marked screen or ghost screen will not be considered as a problem and no claim will be accepted for this particular case.

5. Damage due to installation of software not authorized by the device manufacturer and damage caused by modification of the software with which the item was originally delivered are not covered.
6. The company will not make phone loans while your phone is under warranty.
7. The battery and its related problems such as overheating, sudden blackouts and fast discharges, as well as chargers, usb cables have a limited warranty of 7 business days.
8. American models (AT&T, Tmobile, Verizon, among others) due to provider restrictions do not share internet. American models of the brand Tracfone, Cricket, you can not check balance.
9. Although some devices are made against water, we will not be responsible if the phone shows signs of moisture as the problem may arise from misuse or this certification expires. There is no way to check if this could be the cause of the problem; if you submerge it it will be at your own risk.

Warranty Termination
- When the stipulated term has been fulfilled (valid for the date of purchase according to the invoice), the company reserves the right to accept or repair the equipment whose guarantee has already expired.
